I would like to upload my addon or module of 4 files of which is a modification to adlinkfly script for envato review. What are the requirements to successfully have my addon approved?

Does every addon we upload for envato review need a working demo and not just pictures

First, ask the author of the script if he has no problem with that.
You need a working demo with the script and the addon installed with it
