Where is the support i paid fot?

I purchased a plugin from envato and I was told I have 6 month support but i couldn’t contact the author yet!!!
It is a plugin called Request a Quote by DVin. Envato what is your assurance for me?

I got an email saying the plugin I purchase is updated but after I follow the link it is asking me to purchase it again. What is is?

If it’s been updated you don’t need to buy it again - just go to your downloads page (www.codecanyon.net/downloads assuming you are logged in) and re download the plugin which will be the updated version
