Where is the list of compositions

Hi,

I downloaded this file: Corporate Infographics Charts Pack by MotionMediaGroup on Envato Elements but there does not seem to be a list of compositions. There are 90 comps in the project; I don’t want to open each one just to find the one I’m looking for. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Also, the description says I can choose the clean white background or the more industrial-like one - pale grey background looking like a soundproof grid wall. I don’t see how to do this, and it’s not in the pdf instructions.
