You submitted that request on 17 August and one of our support reps replied with instructions on 18 August. If you didn’t see the reply, perhaps check your spam/junk folders?

Ross is there a chance you push up my ticket then? Please. There is a gross inconvenience ruining my timetable. My ticket number is 2515510, my wife ran into the same trouble yesterday from her own account not associated with mine, ticket 2515071, no help.

The worst and the most alarming thing for the customers considering paying their hard earned is that there is no human interface whatsoever. Just “leave us a message in exchange to some 7 digit number, and have a nice day”.
