Where is my purchased resource?

Hello All,

After a long time i login my account to check if is there any update regarding my purchased resource. But when i open my downloads page there was nothing. then i search previous emails from envato then i found out that they disconnect my purchase and told me to pay again but i had already paid once in the December 2020 when i purchased it. furthermore i can provide invoices here if you want they are still in my email. so please look into the issue and do the needful i need my resource back in my account.
