Where I can find out this screenshot in the theme unit test data

ThemeForest reviewer sends this screenshot two times https://envato.d.pr/JkJ5hU but I’m hardly trying to find out this in the theme unit test data. Where I can find it? Please give me some hints.

I didn’t make the theme layout like this. Ex: author bio in the top then post content.

After content, I’ve displayed the author bio section. But in the screenshot, I’'m seeing before content the author bio section is showing.

the screenshots you included is for the fresh wordpress install default first post ‘Hello world!’.
and the above part is not a author bio actually it is post author meta.
