Where do I get help with supporting themes for wordpress?

Hi there,

I brought a famous WP theme on themeforest. The author isn’t responding since 3-4 weeks. What can I do to enforce communication? Is envato providing some troubleshooting corner? I got a terrible bug within a core feature from the theme.

If that theme is famous, then author probably has his own support forum. I think you can visit his forum from his profile. You’ll have to contact from there.
