Where do I find this when I upload?

Where do I find this when I upload

I was reading the terms of uploading files on codecaynon and found this and I did not know where to put the pictures I created with the following names
01_preview1.jpg, 02_preview2.jpg, 03_closeup.jpg.

Should it be placed in a .zip file or not?
Please help me
