Per Envato Help, the item may be unavailable due to any of the following:

  1. The author took the item down permanently.
  2. There was a copyright complaint lodged against the item.
  3. The author’s account may have been terminated.

Because the author’s profile is showing not found, I think #3 is a reasonable assumption.
