Also is it possible to get the statement for only one item separately?

What do you mean by “statement number”?
If you go into your downloads page http://themeforest.net/downloads and hit the download button; then at the bottom is an option for license cert etc. with all the info.
If you are talking about payment docs then click on your username top right of TF, Statements and there are all your payments (note: unless you paid for one item on its own i.e. no deposit then you won’t be able to get an individual statement for that file).
