Where can I download Quick Start Package

Hello,
I bought a theme from envato. (Modernist - Architecture&Engineer Wordpress Theme) And next time I download the full package. Then I installed the package on my web site.
But the package does not contain Quick Start Package. How can I find and download the example files.

WordPress doesn’t have “Quick Start” option but it comes with demo installation option - in most cases
