when we send a contact support to authors using themeforest interface like this snapshot :
where can we have a list of all support requests we made ?
Does Themeforest keep a copy of them or did they only forward to author without any trace ?
It would be good to have a ticket system to list all request, one number by ticket, having an option to read again each request, have a send/in progress/solve flag …
why is there no such ticket system ?

ThemeForest keeps the copies but I’m not sure for how long and if you were able to access it.
It’s just a plain contact form.
Some authors has it, some just answers by email and some just uses the “comments” section.

i always purchased many items, so i see that some author have a real intel of how to manage support (like Avada) and some other really did that with “low cost system or no system”.
ThemeForest should integrate a ticket system (like the free Mantis opensource system)
They never will - as soon as envato integrate some form of system they become involved and potentially liable which would create an unmanageable situation and resource requirement.
avada author support system uis very professional : ticket, date, status, re-readable…etc. A real tms system like bugzilla, mantis.
other autour should follow the same way because it is quality.
There’re authors making 2000$ per item, there’re few making millions of per item, you can’t compare with these two items and how they manage their support considering the revenue . If you’re not happy with others, stay with Avada then.
