When submitting a track, if I don't attach the optional picture, will the track have my avatar picture by default?

Let’s say the assumption in the title is right, then what happens to those items if I change my avatar? Will their thumbnails change as well automatically?

You might’ve guessed already that I’ve always uploaded a separate picture for tracks.
