when renewing support code it does not apply to me in the author pages to generate a ticket

I have renewed a license code for support, because a template to be able to generate a ticket I have to check.

It tells me that I have to wait until I update my api so that it can work.
It’s been 1 hour after that and I still can’t verify my support code.

For what reason can I not?
