I purchased a taxi application and deliver orders and packages. Can I actually use this application and make it mine? I really did not understand the issue. Please understand me. The application was purchased with an extended license. Please help me.

Define “mine”. You can use the application but you cannot sell it . ( It’s OK to sell the services through )
In addition, you may not need “Extended License” if you’re going to use it on a single-end-product.

In envato market don’t have any hidden fees. Just you have to pay the license fee. But for getting author support (for any technical query) after 6 month of the purchase you may need to pay for the support mean you have to extend the support period.
