When do I get the support money? (6 months included support)

Hi,

I see a lot of people buying the support from my games.
I see in the Statement section of my account.

However, I don’t see the money included in my earnings.
When will I receive this money?

A supported item includes item support for 6 months from the purchase date.
So, the money for 6 months support is already included in the item price.

You get the money only if they purchase 12 months support.
