When can users return products?

Some people create a return request with really ridiculous excuses. Some people buy the product without understanding it and then complain that there is no feature and ask for a refund. Some also create a return request in order to receive a refund and continue using the product.

What should I do in such cases? What is the path you follow?

Hi @BeycanPress, If customer are eligible to get a refund then customer can request for refund. Can I Get A Refund is an explanation of the refund policy. So, you can follow the refund policy to accept or decline a refund request. Thanks
