The Monster is an incredible platform (the Scrambler has its 796 air-cooled engine), but I like really lean looking bikes. Monsters feel thick when you’re sitting on them. I already have two 1979 Yamaha SR500s and the Scrambler is just like that era of bikes, but with modern components and technology like ABS — but without all the fancy traction modes and water cooling.
