I thought I disabled the Elements banner, wrong, I now had it appear as a footer when I viewed my profile. Maybe it picked up my IP address and thought I was new traffic.
This month is hard enough but Envato, you really are making this thougher.

The banner appears in different places in different browsers (footer - Chrome, lower left corner - Opera), and I have to close it twice to make it disappear. It seems that sometimes Envato restarts the promotion, so the banner’s closed state does not save in browser’s cookies.
