Whats the best theme for a multivendor restaurant and events?

I want to create a website which is similar to wilcity. Wilcity theme seems to be non responsive by their developers. There is no contact method even.
The theme should support multi vendor. The vendors need to pay to get registered in our site.
Main option to be, vendor should have a public profile while buyers also should have public profiles.

The author has responded quickly (even on weekends) to item comments and have their own item support channel.
