I bought an extra 6 months of support to this author, as I had a little problem with the template I bought from him and I needed some answers.
I have wrote a couple of e.mails to him- but no reply.
I have sent a request to Envato Market Help- but no reply
What can one do to get a little help- as this was a waste of money…
I have been a member over here for 5 years and this is the first time this has happened.
