What were the reasons for the rejection of my logo?
Out-dated design approach, these reminded me the logos from 2014s.

If you were submitting these around 2014s, there’d be no problem to get approval but right now, there’re too many stocks (logo) websites as well as AI is crazy good. It’s impossible to get the approval with this design approach.
In addition:
It seems like the main concern is that the design style feels outdated to some. Perhaps understanding which elements—like typography, colors, or composition—are seen as old-fashioned could help improve the design. More specific feedback would definitely be useful.
