What to do? Purchased template doesn't work as described

Hello there,

What can I do when I am unhappy with a template / support? Purchased template doesn’t work as described.

For example it’s about a webshop - when I add an item to a cart, on the sidebar I can see product added. But when I add another item, the thumbnails are just not correct for the items.

And so on.

Please advise,

Probably best is to start by contacting the author who may well want to fix any issues that you have found.

If there is genuinely an issue and the author is not willing to help then you can request a refund.
