What this text means: fully compatible with elementor & elementor pro

Hello friends.
I wanna discuss with you an general point.

In theme description you can read this text:
“The xxxxxx theme offers full compatibility with the powerful Elementor Page Builder. This means you can easily create stunning pages and layouts for your website without any hassle. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced designer, the combination of xxxxxx and Elementor makes website design effortless and efficient. Elementor have a wide range of functions. For example you can setup the headline styles (h1, h2, h3 …) in the elementor general settings.

This screenshot showing the general elementor settings to setup your font style for all H styles.

In next step you can use a elementor widget in your content and select the H3 style for it.
So drag an widget to your content and select the H3 style.

The result is:
The widget will show your content in the H3 styling which you setup before in elementor site settings.

Now reproduce the same process with a widget from the purchased theme.
You setup your H styles in elementor general settings. After finished step into your content and drag a elementor widget from the theme to content section. Now select the H3 style.
The widget do not apply the elementor styling.

Now the problem:
Theme developer say: This widget have an old code architecture and do not support this elementor option. And they share a refund.
But: We dont wanna have a refund, we wanna have what we read and accepted and purchased: a fully elementor & elementor pro compatible theme.

In next step the developer sharing a workaround… but a workaround for general elementor options in a fully elementor theme is also not what we wanna have. Why selling a “fully compatible elementor theme” that need workarounds for code-outdated widget?

And in last step the developer say:
start a function request and if enough users vote for it we will accept and develope it.
Sorry, what? You sell a fully compatible theme and if we find a bug we need to start a function request for voting to make the theme realy fully compatible with elementor?

That brings me to this 4 questions:

  1. What does it mean if a theme is flagged as: compatible with: elementor, elementor pro.
And what does it mean if the theme developer wrote: Its fully compatible with elementor & elementor pro … ?

  2. How many issues we have to found to say: this theme is no longer compatible with elementor?
    1, 2, 10?

  3. A theme developer can write its fully compatible with elementor & elementor pro and at the same time they can share workarounds for general elementor options?

  4. Its okay to share a refund instead to work on bugfixing the widget/theme?
