What should we do if the author of app is not responding

Hi,
I bought the item with extended lic but I did not get it so i mailed to author and they replied open the ticket on the support for the files of extended lic and I did but not recd any response from last 19 hrs…what should we do?

There should not be different files - everything should come from envato downloads.

I would email support Envato Market Help and Support

you can see the below reply from them

“you have to submit a ticket to get the extended license files.”

That is not right - the extedned license has nothing to do with features or functionality - it is about how you plan to use the item.

Definitely flag this to envato
