What should I do if Plugin Author not responding and giving support?

Recently I have problem with 1 of the plugin I purchased for my WordPress website. I raise the question to the author via support system. However, the author seems can provide solution and replied me with irrelevant answers which didn’t help to solve my problem.

Is anyone having this issue? I have paid for the extension of support service as well.

Make sure what you’re requesting is clear - provide some additional information and screenshots.

Usually when they’re busy, they just copy/paste some pre-solutions instead of understanding the main issue. Had a similar issue with another plugin author, after 4 days, I decided to fix the issue by myself. ( as an author, it was just time consuming for me )
