What should I do if I bought a subpar theme and am not receiving adequate support, even though I purchased it less than 24 hours ago?
I recently bought a theme and I’m quite frustrated with the numerous issues I’m encountering. First, there’s a problem with importing the demo theme; it took me 2 hours to get it to 99%, and then it just stopped. Second, there’s an issue with editing headings (H1, H2, etc.); I can’t find where to make these changes because the headings are not structured correctly for SEO. I reached out to support about this issue after they had just responded to my first inquiry. Unfortunately, all my issues are still pending, meaning they are unresolved as I write this.
I spent $53, even though I had better options available, and I ended up choosing a less popular and more expensive theme. What frustrates me the most is that this money is from my client, and I recommended they purchase this theme because I had checked the preview multiple times.
Can I get a refund? Or at the very least, can someone help me report this issue so I can seek justice? I still have 59 days of support left, but honestly, I feel like the support is nonexistent.
