What Pakistani authers type in "Tax ID number" field if they don't have NTN?

Hello Guys,

I am from Pakistan and i don’t have Tax ID number. Now what to put in Tax Field in order to avoid 38% US tax deduction from my earning. Can i use my national identity card number (CNIC)?

and what’s the Tax ID Type * ?

if you use CNIC as Tax ID -> Foreign Tax ID Number, because the document is a US document and the CNIC is a foreign number form the viewpoint of the US authorities.
