What is the support duration that we need to provide for the Mobile Apps?


In case of Mobile Apps, we are not charging anything from the buyer for support. However, we are providing support. Till what durations, this support should be provided to the buyer?

Also, till when the buyers will be able to download future releases of the apps? Is there any restriction on that?

Mobile category Items are not a Supportable items. but you are free to provide support to your customers for any technical query.

as we know when a cistomer purchase a license then the license will be valid for lifetime. So, lifetime future update release are free for download and there is no time restrictions to update download.
