What is the correct procedure to make sure the approval of my graphics to graphicriver?

Hello!

For a certain time, I still try to submit my graphics design (Logo, Visiting Card, etc) to graphicriver. I have always maintained the ratio as the submission criteria says. But every time my design has been hardly rejected.

What is the actual procedure to make sure the approval of my graphics to graphicriver? Can anybody please provide the effective information as I can move on?

hi the best procedure is to make sure that u offer as good a product with as high a creativity as u can possibly do, since, as for i know, items are never hard rejected for technical reasons … normally if something is lacking, u will get a soft rejection and will be told what to do so that your resubmit and have your item making it for sale
