indeed, i think that u have a problem of too thin edges, here they are considering much about putting the logo in very small size and i guess this is too hard for them to see … u also have a problem of typo and typo association according to me … . they are not matching so well either the illustration and then after that with one another, not to mention that your fonts are kind of too generic for here … i think that maybe some extra work is expected also on rays so that they look better visually speaking , i hope i could help you

As a designer i would go with round edges and another font, just for a start

the more u will get into a rounded thing and the more there is going to be a discrepancy between the style of the font and the illustration …

they don"t like details here , the way the logo looks in a tiny size is essential for people here , now is it really that important all people will bring their own answer …

I support the view that the lines are very thin. They me like a draft or sketch. The logo seems unfinished. So I like it

I think that you can make new logo other but not same logo (light)
But your logo is very good work 
layers are not the problem about your item, if it were u would have had a soft reject rather than a hard one …
for me yes , indeed, u did not manage to solve the problems, theers’ still no real harmony between the illustration and the logo, this not in the same style , not matching because one is more rounded than the other, plus italic kind of font for me simply looks old and not that good
much better about the illustration in my view , well done, this a bit more effort ahead and that maybe be it … if not try to post somewhere else …
