Does anyone know what is up with Little-Neko? His site is down and all items removed from envato.

Their account is active in envato market. So, may be they have decided to remove their item from market. You can ask them going through their profile page then in right sidebar you will find a contact form, you will need to login in envato market to see the contact form.
