What is considered a reasonable time line for Support?

Once purchasing a plug in that says it includes support, what would be considered a reasonable time line to get help? I was able to chat with the person up until I made the purchase. Which is not working on my site and now I get no reply. (unless of coarse I pay more money which was not indicated prior to the purchase) My site is basically useless and my designer wont help and I cant seem to get any assistance.

Envato encourage us authors to reply within two days but usually replied instantly within the day. If the item is supported you will get a reply soon.

Thanks for the reply phpbits! So I am not crazy by thinking 1.5 weeks and no response is a little long.
Who would have thought getting this (easy) task completed would be so difficult.
