What if the author is not providing the item support?

I have been using this plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/genius-bank-all-in-one-digital-banking-system/36743149 and I have been asking basic questions like how to force the site to use https and how to enable debugging options(which are different from basic things in laravel) and all they ask for is server credentials for even enabling debugging options. And now they have disabled my reply option in support tickets and I still have 5 months of support left. I am not understanding where to report this fraud about the plugin.
