What if my music kit have various tempo?

Hello! Today I started to make music kit based on one of my tracks, which is tempo change from 120 to 128 beats per minute. And just now I was thinking about how I should arrange this change in music kit. Any suggestions? Maybe I should specify bpm for each section or something else?
