What if cutomer asking out of service supports?


It is about the android application,

Recently one of the buyers requested support and we had given every possible support even buyer not able to understand a basic thing but still, we managed and provided solutions for each and every small change issues. but at the end the Google Play store reject the application, due to don’t know but might reason was Ad policy issue, then they ask us to resolve it, just simply told him that play store issue we cannot resolve, later He just put the 1-star review in Codecanyon, once he already gives 5 star than he just change that,

What should we do for that Negative review which is completely false?

Contact the Envato support with the details ( how you provided the supports, emails, etc ) and request the removal of the comment
