Hi, I just would like to know about two identical item from two different author.
what if someone make 100% identical item that already in envato.
recently, I see that recently someone just make similar items that i uploaded three month age.
is it allowed or not.
what i will do next
It would depend on the level of creative and technical similarities
Just an example for you:
think you have made a website similar to another website with your own customize form, it is allowed but you can’t use another one website resources as like copy their full design, coding, plugins, modules etc.
So, simiar items can be sold but anyone can’t use others resources because of copyright.
