What I can do if the author doesn't replay my mails?

i did so… for the last 3 weeks - thay started support me for some msg back and fforward but still no help.

Had to block the copy/paste conversation - it’s is actually quite confusing and calls out the author which we need to avoid in the forums.

It’s hard to follow the thread clearly but it does look like the author tried to help. If you are not getting anymore replies then you can try contacting envato using the link above.
