Does anyone know the best way to prepare for what happens to our items that are for sale online when we die? Is there a way to let Envato and other sites know now that I’d like my photos to be put in my heirs’ name(s) and earnings should be transferred to them? Or would the heirs need to contact Envato and go through a legal process then? I really don’t want my photos to keep earning money and yet my spouse and/or children don’t have access to the payouts. If anyone knows the proper way to prepare for this, please share. Thanks!

This should work for most sites. The successor should contact the support team and provide:
- Verification of that author passing.
- Statement that they are authorized successor.
- Documentation that proves it.
- Information that helps to identify the account (author’s email ID, user ID, name, address, content, etc.)
- Successor’s email ID
If they need further information they will ask, if not, they will simply update that account using the successor’s email ID and transfer ownership. The successor after that decides further to either close that account or continue selling.

I wish i have a millions to split 50% for the Envato, company that change my life and life of my family. The other 25% you can donate for the charity and the rest of 25% to my lovely kids.
