What happens if I bought a Wordpress plugin and it doesn't work with my Theme?

Hi All,

I bought a plugin on Codecanyon and the plugin is not working with my Theme, even after the Author said that is compatible with any theme.
I deactivated all the other plugins and still didn’t work even with the Wordpress 2021 theme.

How to have my money back?

If the theme not work with your theme and wp default theme then you can ask the plugin author about this bugs. If the plugin author don’t like to assist you on this bugs then You can request a refund here
