Hi There, I purchased a months subscription for Envato Elements 2 weeks ago and downloaded some templates. I also created a folder to save some favoured templates. I just logged in today to download some of them and there is no reference anywhere to my subscription, my invoice, my downloads - nothing. I’ve clicked the link from the email Envato sent to make sure it is the correct account (not that I have another but that seems to be the first thing they ask you to check) and still nothing.
