What FPS is better for Motion Graphics

Hi, Folks I need to know your suggestion about FPS for motion graphics. 24 FPS seems quite bad in quality when it comes to youtube. I think 25 fps is good. What should be the best? Thanks in advance,

I make all my stuff at 29.97fps. If I’m editing a video at 30fps, then I’d rather not have 24fps stuff in it. But on the other hand, if I’m editing something at 24/25fps, then the extra frames might come in handy if I have to slow it down a bit.
