If you look at the 3rd one you will see “Purchased” label does it mean it is not supported? Please let me know.support

I think it is “Support Expired” but there is no such tag because it has nothing asked while the support was included (first 6 months).

An item that doesn’t include support would be the most likely option… seeing that there are already labels for support expired and supported.
