Hello, I’ve become a new member. I am trying to install the design for the sales but when the thumbnail is needed, the warning needs to be less than 50kb. What does this mean, how can I help you install designs?
Create 80x80px thumbnail photo.
in Photoshop :
Open New file, create page size 80x80 pixel.
paste your image and save as web (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S)
Select an option JPEG and Save

hi make sure that u have made all the required formats and include illustrator 10 version, a black and one version, an horizontal version plus the diverse preview files, like the other guys mentioned u need to add a thumbnail of 80x80 px that is meant for the preview of your work either in your portfolio page and item pages too
