I’m an author and have been uploading stock clips without any issues until recently. All my submissions thus far are aerial footages. For my latest upload, there’s a message which kept appearing after a few attempts that says “Description has 1:12: ERROR: htmlParseEntityRef: no name” at the bottom of the Comments to Reviewer box.
Does anyone here know what this means? My best guess is that Envato has flagged my video clip because of the absence of a video title that doesn’t have the name of the place I took this video from, but after after including by editing it in my video title, the issue for this message “Description has 1:12: ERROR: htmlParseEntityRef: no name” doesn’t go away.
Kindly offer some pointers here, please.
