I personally think this is very close to the quality needed. I’d say that it’s still a little bit raw so maybe using some compression and send effects like reverb and delay to give everything some space. It’s a bit dry and raw at the moment.

I’m impressed with your distorted guitars! I don’t know what is the main cause of rejection… but I’m with @MidnightBlueMusic … the sound it’s a little bit raw… maybe the bass could be louder, … I don’t know… maybe adjusting some low frequences from eq.
Anyway I think it’s cool… very good composition.
