i haven’t withdraw anything from envato. im planning to keep it till 5-10yrs… or maybe for retirement? its like a forced savings for me.

That’s what I planned too. Until I recognized that the conversion rate to EURO is perfekt these days. (I’ll get about 40% more compared with the same value to May 2014.

I’ll save it on my ‘instand access savings account’ now.

It seems like it is somewhere remote. Is it a “regular” house for permanent living, or is it a weekend-house?

It is more like weekend-house, but I am planning to live there:) Just need to invest some money:) I just love that this house is remote, it allows me to build my own studio so I can work loud even when it's night(hope my girlfriend don't mind) :D

Not top in style, but is the only one having exactly everything I want
