What can I do to be released from upload restriction?

Hello experts,
I am in the six month restriction period of the design upload process since March 2020 due to Coronavirus. It has already been 10 months but the restriction is not taking off. What can I do now to get released from the restriction?

Also, I am not getting any option to contact the help center via “Envato Author Help Center”.
Can anyone help me to get rid of this problem?

hi this is strange that u cannot contact them , upload right and having your account closed or locked are not the same, besides, u still access the forums, so are u sure that u checked properly in the help center section where to find the contact zone (which is not so easy to find …)?
