What can I do if the wordpress template that I bought is broken?
I tried to talk with the author by email but he don’t answer.
The template is: Tatee - Architecture and Building Business WordPress Theme

Please contact theme Author going through theme details page then Support Tab. For getting Author support need to contact through Support tab.

I did it many days ago like others user did the same and no answer neither support.
