What can I do in this situation? I have confirmed the email address, but I cannot receive the product I bought, because the system tells me that I do not have a confirmed email address (but it is confirmed).

Please use the same browser you open your email then click the confirm link and login to your account. If this still not work open Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you.
It shows me that the email is already confirmed! And no one answers my tickets for support.
